Hey guys! Whoops it’s Tuesday! Well, we are at the beach and I have done terrrrrrible with wearing my belt BUT I have done my core everyday. Today particularly CORE was done while building sandcastles with my 2 year old. It’s that easy!
Look back at Friday’s post (|||11|||) if you haven’t had a chance yet. If you have, I hope you are enjoying the short clip (4 exercises 4 minutes each) dedicating 16 minutes a day to your DR. Like I said before, you can break them up. I do a minute of each exercise as a series and then repeat that for a total of 4x throughout my day.
